FROM THE DESK OF FOUNDER

It gives me immense joy, gratitude, and humility to address you as the Founder of Trinity Foundation on the occasion of completing 15 years of glorious service since its inception on 3rd August 2010. What began as a humble initiative, born out of passion and compassion for the most vulnerable, has now transformed into a movement of hope, dignity, and opportunity—recognized today as one of the most valuable and consultative NGOs in this part of India.

Over these years, Trinity Foundation has relentlessly worked in the fields of education, child development, women’s empowerment, anti-trafficking, community & social development, and sustainability. From nurturing the dreams of children in need from remote areas of Darjeeling hills, closed tea gardens of North-Bengal, Red-light areas, marginalized communities and rescued children, to equipping women with livelihood skills and dignity, to building resilient communities through sustainable models—our journey has been one of impact, compliance, creativity, and transparency.

What makes this journey most remarkable is the trust and accountability we have earned. We have always upheld the highest standards of compliance, creativity, and implementation, ensuring that every project reflects not only compassion but also professionalism. Our emphasis on sustainability means that the seeds we sow today will continue to bear fruit for generations to come. Indeed, we feel most proud when we see children once in need—who were adopted, supported, and nurtured through our care—grow into lawyers, teachers, nurses, government officials, and business leaders. Many of them now return to extend the same fraternity, charity, and compassion they once received, helping other children in need. This living testimony of transformation reflects our deepest mission: to make the world a place where all can live equally, gracefully, and with dignity.

As I reflect on these 15 years, I am humbled by the countless lives transformed—children who once had no access to education now attending schools with pride, women who once faced despair now living with dignity and independence, and communities once burdened by poverty now standing resilient. This transformation has only been possible because of the collective efforts of our dedicated team, our partners, our supporters, and the unwavering faith of the people we serve.

Looking ahead, Trinity Foundation will continue to remain a beacon of hope, working with renewed energy, vision, and commitment. Our mission remains clear: to ensure that every child receives education, every woman stands empowered, and every community is strengthened with dignity, peace, and prosperity.

On behalf of the Trinity Foundation family, I extend my heartfelt gratitude to all who have journeyed with us. Together, let us continue to build a society where compassion meets action, and where every life is given the opportunity to flourish. ‘ In service and commitment with the motto of TF – ‘Service for Education & Humanity and ensure every child in need is safe, secure, nourished and educated with dignity.
